WanderLens Lab is an innovative and interdisciplinary creative studio. Specializing in the intersection of immersive media, digital storytelling, and architectural heritage, the studio is dedicated to producing immersive digital storytelling experiences that preserve, interpret, and present cultural heritage and architectural history.
As a multidisciplinary design laboratory, WanderLens Lab integrates art, design, technology, and critical heritage theory to create immersive experiences that bridge the gap between past and present. The studio’s work engages global audiences by transforming archival research, architectural documentation, and oral histories into emotionally resonant, digitally-augmented environments.

Video-to-3D Reconstruction
First, AI Computer Vision & Machine Learning:
Our product makes full use of the state-of-the-art computer vision algorithm, 3D Gaussian Splatting, to reconstruct the most photorealistic scene of the landmarks using a simple video-to-3D model pipeline.

Immersive & Intuitive Gamified Learning
Second, Spatial Computing & VR:
Equipped with VR headsets, users can immerse themselves in visiting global landmarks and intuitively understand the culture and history of landmarks with the help of gamified interaction between users and digital heritage.

Personalized Tour Guide
Last but not least, AI Large Language Model: Our personalized virtual guides, powered by language models fed by our collected archival research data from each cultural heritage site, offer real-time, tailored information, answering any query a user might have.
